Ideally your bouquets should be delivered and be ready for when the photographer arrives. Working back from the ceremony a professional photographer usually arrives around 2 hours prior. So book the flowers to arrive in a window of 2-3 hours prior to your ceremony.

Yes, always soak up any excess water from the bottom of the stems so it doesn’t transfer to your wedding attire, a soft towel, paper towels or a chux wipe works great.

Yes just fill the vase up until the bouquet stems are submerged - no need for any higher.

The buttonhole flower is placed onto the lapel, then from the back side of the lapel simply inserts the pin, go through the back of the leaf/flower and back through the lapel
